New destination report on Greece presented in Athens
Who wants to travel to Greece? A question the Greek tourism business would like to know the answer to. That is why Related, represented by Partner and Managing Director Henrik Koch, was invited to Greece to present a newly produced destination report. It outlines the Nordic tourists travel behavior, which the sunny land by the Mediterranean Sea can make us of.

If you want to attract more tourists to your destination you want to know, what their needs and travel habits are.  To answer these questions North Events, a Greek event and marketing bureau for the Greek tourism business, asked Related to complete and present a destination report about Greece. 
 
Beside form answering the questions Henrik Koch also laid out some specific strategically suggestions to take advantage of this new knowledge and insight from the destination report. 
 
Related has over a long period of time achieved an extensive knowledge in the Nordic tourism market. Last spring it culminated in the comprehensive report Travel Behaviour & Destination Images 2014. In details it describes the Nordic tourists travel habits, preferences and behavior. It makes Related a natural partner for destinations, who wants strategically advice on the Nordic market. 
 
Successfully presentation
The destinations report was well received by more than 100 people who attended the press conference Grekland Panorama.

The destination report is divided into eight chapters. Among those there is an image analysis of Greece and a description of the demographics of the countries target group.  The report is so detailed that it shows the holiday budget, which criteria are most important when selecting destination and what time of year is preferred for travelling. Also the destination report can be made for 88 other destinations than Greece.
