New report from Related: Great potential in the Nordic Tourists
The new and thorough report from Related about the potential in the Nordic tourists is ready along with the conclusion: The Nordic tourists are worth the investment.

Through a longer period of time, Related has worked with the travel and tourism industry and from the beginning, we have experienced an increasing demand for knowledge about the Nordic travel market among our clients as well as partners.

Therefore, we have created a report answering a number of the most frequently asked questions.

- The purpose of the report is to introduce the Nordic tourists to the players abroad who don’t know them. Explain who they are, their purchasing power, the length of their holiday, how they book their holiday and why there is such great potential in the Nordic market, says CEO at Related Henrik Koch who hopes that the report can work as a basis of knowledge to new players planning to enter the Nordic market.

The third largest outbound market in Europe
There are compelling arguments for investing in the Nordic countries. The level of income in the Nordic countries is generally quite high – and a large part of the income is spent on travelling. At the same time, the Nordic tourists spend up to 90 % more money on food, accommodation and attractions than the average European.

- In addition to that, the Nordic countries have 5-6 weeks holiday and approximately 60 %percent take at least one vacation each year. That makes the Nordic countries the third largest market for outbound tourism – and that is a story we think is worth documenting and telling, states Henrik Koch.
