Related rearms with new strategic partnership
Related and the advertisement agency Aakjærs are now formalising the close strategic cooperation the two agencies have had for a while now.

Together the agencies have among other things developed a large scale Employer Branding strategy for Odense Municipality, marketed climate activities in southern Jutland and done an information and attitude adjusting campaign for the transport industry. Both agencies see advantages in forming an even stronger bond and this has led the owners of Aakjærs to invest in Related.

“We have done well at Medieministeriet in the past few years, but at the same time we have been looking for a strategic partner, because we also see an increasing demand from our clients for some of the communications output that is just outside our core business. By strengthening our cooperation with Aakjærs we’re expanding our communications palette for the clients who need it. At the same time we can focus on expanding our core competencies in strategic communication and PR”, says Henrik Koch, executive director of Medieministeriet.

Henrik Koch, who is to join the new circle of owners, explains that by contrast Aakjærs have drawn more and more heavily on Medieministeriet because their clients are beginning to demand services in PR and strategic communication. Beyond the new ownership the primary goal is a closer strategic cooperation that will create new synergy effects for both agencies, and so they will continue as before under the names of Medieministeriet and Aakjærs.
