PR and newsletter for Color Line

Our communications specialist Karin Toftegaard Matthiesen will work partly from Color Line’s head office in Hirtshals and partly from our own address in Vejle in order to secure a deep insight into the shipping line’s activities and values.

PR will secure coverage in relevant media
As part of the agreement the Related communications consultant will handle all the shipping line’s PR activities on both a strategic and an operational level. Together with the marketing department at Color Line, a strategy has been developed and PR activities are planned in accordance with this strategy. The press releases will be focused on customer surveys, new products and new initiatives from Color Line.

The PR strategy must ensure that Color Line gains relevant coverage in the media that is consumed by their core target groups. The media clippings should brand Color Line as Denmark’s leading shipping company to Norway and as a provider of both summer and winter holidays in the land up north. 

The newsletter
Related will also be responsible for Color Line’s electronic newsletter. Together with the marketing department, our communications specialist organises the structure and content and produces all text for the newsletter. The newsletter is sent out five to six times a year to Color Line’s constantly growing mail database and it keeps the Danish tourists informed on the opportunities in Norway, new services, attractive special offers and good advice for the perfect holiday.
