PR manager in the field to learn more about Southwest Jutland
As from 2013, Related will be handling Southwest Jutland’s PR activities. Starting with a three-day long intro tour to the Southwest part of Jutland, one of Related’s PR managers is going to deeply explore this idyllic place.

As part of the cooperation, Related will be responsible for the PR management of the tourist destination and serve as a tourist office, which includes the management of journalist enquiries, press trips, press releases, video news releases, pitches and guidance on press room.
 
Additionally, Related is going to advice Destination Southwest Jutland about travel trade and increase their knowledge about the travel market and the Danish travel market trends.
 
Roll up the sleeves
In order to carry out the tasks in the best possible manner, we emphasize a thoroughly start-up phase, which begins as early as November with a three-day long intro tour to Southwest Jutland. 
 
Through sightseeing tours and meetings with directors of tourism, our (udsendte) PR manager will accumulate knowledge and gather materiel to the PR-stategy, which will be compiled later. Also, the start-up phase includes market researches and the gathering of previous press coverage of the destination.
