Global PR Summit in Singapore
In February Related participated in a global PR conference in Singapore, where PR agencies from around the world had gathered to engage in networking, talking strategies and sharing experiences – all in a closely packed program which also featured many experiences outside the conference room.


Singapore sat the stage for a four-day PR conference organized by Singapore Tourism Board. With an in-depth focus on exchanging experiences and creating new relations, the conference also offered new initiatives and strategies for 2014 with a clear purpose to update the agencies on Singapore as a travel destination.
 
Henrik Koch, CEO at Related, attended the conference, sharing our experiences with the use of Video News Releases in great company with the world’s leading PR agencies. At the conference, other presentations were also held on different areas such as crisis communication, digital campaigns and social media in order to share best practice in the industry.   
 
Networking of highest caliber 
Along the way, there was also an opportunity to network with people from the industry – not only with other PR agencies but also hotels, attractions and restaurants from Singapore. It formed the perfect setting to rediscover old relationships and create new ones.
 
Sightseeing in Singapore
In addition to the conference, there was also time to experience Singapore’s “hidden gems”. A walk in the hip area of Tiong bahru filled with picturesque cafes with delicious deserts and kitschy shops with local designer items and a reunion with the classic Singapore collage of traditions combined with the modern in the ethnic neighborhoods Little India and Kampong Glam.
